- 250 grams lean ground pork
- 250 grams lean ground beef
- 1 small white onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsps rock salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 4 cups steamed rice
Procedure:
- Pre-heat grill or pan to medium high.
- Mix in ground meats, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into 4 patties. Place on pan or grill until cooked.
- Meanwhile, place steamed rice in 4 individual bowls. Top with burger patty. Drizzle with "Roasted Garlic Spread".
